If you don't have the money for a coach or just don't have time for the gym, you can still get a good workout wherever you are YouTube.
YouTube fitness channels are the new workout DVD. The video is free to watch, easy to record any place you have a Wi-Fi connection and offers a large number of exercises, from aerobics and pilates to bootcamp and boxing. Here are 1
If you are like me and hate to train, Fitness Marshall can be your answer. Fitness guru Caleb Marshall combines pop songs – like "Heat" by Kelly Clarkson and "Pony" by Ginuwine – with dance moves that help you sleep and have fun doing it.
Unlike other dance training videos, Marshall makes it easy for the less-coordinated (like me!) And peppers in humor to make you laugh while you're sweating. The best part is his backup crew, which includes people of different shapes, sizes and ethnicities.
No matter where you are on your fitness trip, you will find a good cardio training on the Popsugar Fitness channel. It is divided into categories so you can find exactly what you are looking for – including a 30-minute workout, a beginner's workout, and a targeted workout for your abs and buttocks.
If you do not have weights, training bands or any other equipment, you are still covered. Just scroll down to the No-Cardio Cardio Workout section.
No list of YouTube fitness channels is complete without Blogilates. This widely popular channel has close to 4.5 million subscribers and focuses on POP Pilates, PIIT28 and Bootcamp Sculpting. If you have no idea what they are, don't worry. You do not need to understand it to enjoy these workouts.
Certified fitness instructor Cassey At friendly experience, you put on a carpet and work with core, legs, arms and buttocks that are almost fun.
What I think about this channel is that it has training series and challenges that you can follow throughout the week to keep you motivated. The series is based on themes. Check out Bridal Bootcamp, Apartment Friendly and Celebrity Workouts.
Yoga with Adriene
If you like your trainers down to earth and related, there is no better yoga trainer than Adriene Mishler of Yoga with Adriene. This calming voice and chill outline will charm you before you even hit the carpet. It's not just my opinion – she has collected more than 4 million subscribers.
In addition to her amazing personality, Adries channel also contains yoga workouts for, yes, almost anything. You will find workouts to relax, help sciatica pain, burn fat, relieve anxiety and depression and cure a hangover. There are also training sessions for horse riders and couch potatoes.
If you become strong and lean you are on your list, and you will find the HASFIT (Heart and Soul fit ) channel super useful. It includes strength training workouts – with or without dumbbells – along with routines with low and high power.
The massive variety on this channel is difficult to beat. They have over 1000 free training routines, as well as complete 30- to 90-day fitness programs that include meal planning, workouts, tips and more.
FitnessBlender is a husband and wife channel that specializes in exercises for busy people. Daniel and Kelli have a total of over 500 training sessions, and most are designed to be fast. You can find workouts for just the time you have available, from 5 to 45 minutes.
If you are a dog lover, do not miss this channel's puppy training. You will learn how to make puppy baskets, puppy lifts, puppy litters and more. All you need is a puppy.
Boxing is a great way to sleep while releasing stuffed stress. Nate Bower, a certified boxing instructor and a competitive athlete, shows you how to start boxing at his fitness channel, NateBowerFitness. Then he shows you how to intensify the intensity of 20-minute videos.
Most YouTube channels only have boxing videos for training routines that you can do in the gym. What I really like about this channel is that there are secret training sessions. You just need an open space and maybe a friend with some pillows.
Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home
Walking is a low-sensitivity exercise that almost anyone can do. If you are stuck, Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home channel is a great place to get a workout without a treadmill.
I highly recommend trying the channel's walking party. It's fun, positive and I bet you even laugh a couple of times while you exercise.
Think of Roberta's Gym as Alexa by training. This animated trainer does not have a personality, but her screen timers and repeater help you keep track of what you do better than any humanoid.
This channel also has daily training sessions and challenges, like the 30-day weight loss challenge. New videos are released every Monday, Wednesday and Friday to keep things fresh.
Les Mills training videos not only give you a good workout, they also teach you real dance moves that you can take to the club. It is quite motivating to know that you are not just being ripped off, but you also learn a real skill that you can use in the real world.
If you don't dance, don't worry. The channel contains other types of exercise, including BodyPump, which uses light to moderate weights to strengthen the muscle and Barre, which is based on exercise balloon use to get fit.
