Apex Legends, the latest game to make money from the Battle Royale format pioneered by Fortnite and has arrived. And this deserves your attention: It is a spinoff of Titanfall, the Battle Mech series from the developer Respawn Entertainment which is wowed fans on PS4 and Xbox. Rumored in the last week and officially revealed Monday, Apex Legends is free to play and is now available on PC, Xbox One and PS4.
Download the game for free now: PS4 and Xbox One can download the game in each online store for each console, while PC owners must use EAs Origin service for access.
If you represent people who knock it out in Titanfall's well-established giant mechs, you have no luck. Instead, you play as one of eight different soldier classes, all with their own unique special abilities. At the moment, the only game type is three-person squads and you turn before the match selects your class without the possibility of choosing the same class as your teammates. When your squads are set, 60 people fall down to a large map to look for gear and start fighting with other squads.
There are no pilotable mechs in the game.
In the developer's Twitch stream, Respawn said it was planned to provide continuous support for the game, with different seasons as many other games in the battle Royale genre, new things and weapons and new "Legends" (playable classes).
