Developers, get excited. The new iOS 12.3 dev beta 3 just released. While this beta does not introduce any major features or modifications, it means Apple continues to handle invisible errors and potential vulnerabilities from earlier versions.
Beta 3 changes from beta 2 include a solved accessibility problem where the accessibility events switch was removed and fixed a problem where you can experience unexpected behavior while changing system time until May 1 when the device is set to use Japanese as language and calendar .
If you're a general beta test, Apple usually publishes the public beta 3-24 hours after dev beta (the public beta 2 released one day after dev beta 2), so sit tight.
