Making notes is a great way to make sure you do not forget the latest environmental day idea (or maybe just to get milk on your way home). Keeping notes in sync between your devices is crucial for not missing anything.
Thank you, for iPhone and iPad, there are many ways to make notes on a device and make it almost magical to appear on another. You do not have to go for an app to do it either. Apple Applications app marks most of the requirements that the majority needs. The fact that it is built directly in every iPhone and iPad, and that it's free helps for sure!
There are a few ways you can keep notes in sync with iCloud or take advantage of Google ̵
Given iCloud's rapid integration with iPhone and iPad, let's get started there, should we?
How to sync notes with iCloud
To start things, open the Settings app on any device You need your notes to sync.
Next, touch the Apple ID area at the top of the screen. You'll see your account profile image as well as your name. Knocking anywhere there should take you to the Apple ID settings screen. You may need to enter your iCloud password at this time, depending on how long it has been since you last authenticated.
Touch the iCloud entry on the newly created Apple ID setup screen.
Turn on the "Notes" button and you can then exit Settings.
This enables sync notes to the Apple Notes app for this device. Remember to repeat the process on your extra iPhones or iPads.
How to Sync Notes with Google
First of all, you want to make sure that your Google Account is already configured on your iDevice. If you have not done that, we have an article that goes through the efforts.
The process for enabling sync for the Apple Notes app through Google services is very similar to installing iCloud and restarting in the App Settings. Then click on "Password and Accounts".
Then click on the Google Account you want to use for syncing Apple Notes.
Finally, change "Notes" switch to on mode.
Again, it is important to remember that this allows synchronization of notes for a device. You must enable this on other devices in the same way.
