Apple's focus on health does not end with Apple Watch. The health application on your iPhone is a tax source of information, but some of it can be hard to find. Why not set favorites to make it more accessible?
Third-party apps and Apple Watch itself feed data directly into Health, so it has probably been quiet to collect data without really realizing it. It's good, but the Health app isn't exactly Apple's most user-friendly creation. Instead of digging for details, you can add your favorite information to the app's screen today. Want to know how long you meditated? How high blood pressure were you? How far did you go? Add everything as a favorite and create a custom health dashboard that you will actually use.
Adding Health Data to the Health App Today screen
Adding the type of data you want in the day screen is super easy. First open the Health app and press "Health data" at the bottom of the screen.
Next, find the type of data you want to add to the Today screen. In our example, we will use Mindful Minutes by pressing "Mindfulness."
Click on "Mindful Minutes."
Finally, change the byte "Add to Favorites" to the "On" mode.
You can confirm that new data is available by pressing "Today" at the bottom of the screen.
Repeat this process as many times as you want to add any data you want on your Home screen.
