Canceling your Peacock TV subscription is as easy as switching from a premium plan to NBC̵7;s free alternative. But if you want to delete your account completely, you have to fill out a form. Here’s everything you need to know.
Unlike streaming platforms like Disney +, Hulu and Netflix that kick you out of service when you unsubscribe, Peacock does not immediately offer you a way to leave the free plan. After some digging, we found that you need to request that your data be deleted from NBCUniversal’s servers.

When you start multiple pages in the Peacock Help Center, you will find a guide describing the NBCUniversal personal information deletion request process. Doing so will also delete your pile profile. To continue, you must view the company’s privacy page.
Peacock now wants you to read a bunch of legal jargon that pertains to your rights to your digital information. Scroll down and click on the removal request link (if you are a US resident) or send your request to email@example.com if you are outside the country.
Finally, you will be taken to the NBCUniversal Individual Rights Request Portal. Here you can request that your Peacock account be deleted or ask the company to provide any of your personal information contained in the file.
Select the “Delete my information” button, select “Peacock” from the “Select applicable badge (s)” drop-down list, enter your name, email address and the state you live in, prove that you are not a robot and then click the “Submit” button “.
Neither Peacock nor NBCUniversal states how long it takes for a response or your account to be deleted. You should hopefully receive confirmation of removal within several weeks to a month.
