  Select file tab

In the left pane, select "New".

  select new in the tab

Enter "calendar" in the search field and press Enter to search. Browse through the available templates and select the one you want. If you can't find someone you want, you can browse through Office's many available calendar templates online.

  search calendar templates in gallery "width =" 477 "height =" 313 "src =" / pagespeed_static / 1.JiBnMqyl6S. gif "onload =" sidespeed.lazyLoadImages.loadIfVisibleAndMaybeBeacon (this); "onerror =" this.onerror = null; pagespeed.lazyLoadImages.loadIfVisibleAndMaybeBeacon (this);

When selected, a description of the template will be displayed. Continue and click "Create."

The calendar is displayed in a new PowerPoint presentation; Each month is displayed on another image. Scroll through the normal view on the left side and select the month you want to use in your existing presentation. In this example we use October.

  select October in calendar "width =" 281 "height =" 404 "src =" / pagespeed_static / 1.JiBnMqyl6S.gif "onload =" pagespeed.lazyLoadImages. loadIfVisibleAndMaybeBeacon (this); "onerror =" this.onerror = null; pagespeed.lazyLoadImages.loadIfVisibleAndMaybeBeacon (this);

Next, go back to your existing presentation. Right-click the image in the normal view window where you want to add the calendar. In the context menu, select "Keep source formatting" from the "Paste" options.
