How to make a website from your phone

Many people who are connected to the Internet only have one smartphone without a personal computer. Weebly's mobile editor uses a built-in app that you can download from the App or Google Play Store, which means you can edit your site while you're offline and then publish the changes when you return online. They focus on e-commerce and are free for basic websites, but require you to pay monthly if you want to sell products on your site.
