If you use shortcuts, there are two main reasons why you should organize shortcuts in folders on your iPhone and iPad. The first is the ease of use, and the second is to make the best of widgets on the home screen. To sort shortcuts in folders.

If your iPhone or iPad is running iOS 1

4 or iPadOS 14 and later, you can sort all your shortcuts into different folders. This is much better than scrolling endlessly to find that shortcut.

By default, the shortcuts home screen widget will show all your shortcuts. But it is best to create another folder just for shortcuts on the home screen. In fact, you can create multiple folders, each for a different widget instance. You can then stack shortcut widgets on top of each other.
