How to set up an Apple Music Volume Limit
Perhaps unexpectedly, the option to limit the Apple Music volume is not in the Apple Music app. Instead of getting started, open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad before you scroll down and tap "Music".
Then click on the appropriate name "Volume limitation". You will be shown a screen with a slider representing the volume limit.
Set the volume control to the desired volume limit. Once set, iOS will prevent the volume from being set higher than the limit when Apple Music is in use.
