During the FaceTime call, press the "Effects" button to bring out different effects that you can add.
This allows you to use Animoji, stickers and add filters to your camera.
If it's hidden, touch the bottom of the screen to pull up the buttons. For more options to appear, press the ellipses button.
This function allows you to turn off the microphone or turn off your video and turn the rear camera. You can also add more people to the call from this menu.
Anyone can leave the FaceTime call without affecting the entire call. And if you call multiple people and one or two will not retrieve, it will not stop.
Essentially, Group FaceTime is just like FaceTime has always been, just with more people!
