Do you want to play a game that is about doing your job? I can not say that it appeals to me – luckily there is no game called Technology Blogger Simulator. (Still, anyway ̵1; the day is young.) But if you work for the UK’s National Health Service, you can play a few rounds Surgeon Simulator 2 free.
The offer comes from developer Bossa Studios, which has made the PC version of the game available to doctors, nurses and other NHS workers until October 22. All you have to do is send your name and a working NHS email address to this form and you can download Surgeon Simulator 2 from the Epic Game Store on the house. Normally it costs $ 25.
Surgical simulator is a bloody physics game, more akin to Operation than any actual operation. But it is loved as a gloomy comedy game, especially now that the sequel contains a true story and collaboration with several players. Just do not play if you are cumbersome, as it is possible to remove someone’s head and roll it around the operating room like a bowling ball. I’m almost positive it’s never happened in a real hospital.
