Important technical products that you can save a lot of money on

Being engaged in the world of technology can prove to be an expensive pastime, but it does not have to be. Certainly, some enthusiast products will always be a bit expensive, but a few must have gadgets are super easy to find discounted – so much so that you should think twice before paying full price for them.

We've all been there before you get a prize on a set of throw earphones in the supermarket or pay extra because you waited until the last minute to buy all the technology you need to stay on a long flight. This kind of thing only happens sometimes, if not you, then someone close to you. The items below consist of a mixture of cheaper alternatives to more expensive products and products that are usually available for less than their suggested sales price.

Sony's noise reduction 1

000X M3s and Apple's AirPods are unlikely to talk in price, but if you're not looking for the latest or most popular headphone models, the choice of cheaper headphones is filled with decent options – regardless of the form factor you're looking for.

Looking for USB-C / Lightning headphones?

2018 brought something that desperately needed in 2017: good, cheap USB-C headphones. Both OnePlus and Google made respectful efforts with wired headphones that can connect to the phone's USB-C charging port for far less than $ 50.

Move from USB-C to the Lightning port of the iPhone, and Apple's own Lightning EarPods included in Each iPhone (and available for $ 30) is still the best, cheapest option for iOS users.

Of course, if you're one of the lucky ones whose smartphone has a 3.5mm headphone jack, it's easy to find a cheap set of headphones. These Panasonic earplugs are tested positively on Amazon and usually cost less than $ 10.

Are you looking for cheap sound-absorbing Bluetooth headphones?

If you are serious about sound quality and high quality noise reduction, you can expect to pay a lot for headphones. But the jump is not lost if you want Bluetooth earphones with ear, which only marks the boxes at a price that is much easier to digest. For a little less than $ 70, TaoTronic's silencing headphones are wireless and have a 30-hour battery life. As is true for most things (especially for technology), you get what you pay for, so don't expect stellar sounds or comfort that rivals more expensive options.

  128gb microsd card

Flash storage is probably the technology category that sees a discount the most, and the price drop can be steep. If you want a full size SD or MicroSD card, you get a great value if you buy online at your local dealer. For example, the same $ 20 or so paid for a 64 GB microSD card (for your Nintendo Switch, Chromebook, Tablet or Android phone) at a mortar can get you a 128 GB model online. The rule applies regardless of what capacity you are looking for. You only pay much less online.

In the case of SD cards or some form of storage, you are required to purchase yourself before you need it, so that you will receive it when the time comes. You can always connect a family member or friend with extra storage if you are more than you need.

Cables for your smartphone, computer or camera see the highest mortality on all technologies. You rely heavily on them, they go everywhere with you, and unfortunately they are quite fragile. If you lose a cable or it breaks, it can be expensive to replace, but not if you are already prepared with a replacement.

Braided USB-C and flash cables are more durable than those covered by a standard rubberized cover. They can withstand more abuse from sharp objects or just turn around in the bag, and strangely, they are usually cheaper than a replacement from your device's original manufacturer. Anchor makes both USB-C (Android, some Windows and MacOS laptops, 2018 and newer iPad professionals) and Lightning (iPhones, iPads) affordable and durable. If you have an area, there is no need to pay up to $ 80 for Microsoft's official USB-C adapter. You can download a cheap USB-C cable with a Surface Connector connected to less than $ 20.

Whether you are away from a wall socket on the bus or on vacation, you do not run out of battery. Investing in a portable battery can help you keep your devices topped, and if you buy one with sufficient capacity, you can also keep other people's things loaded. FAA regulations place restrictions on watt-hours (Wh) for battery packs, and it emits at 160Wh per battery upon transfer at the time of writing. To give a certain perspective, even RavPower's huge 26,800mAh package (pictured above) with USB-C Power Delivery adapted for fast charging of your USB-C phone, laptop and Nintendo Switch falls far below this mark. If you want something smaller and narrower, check out the Anker PowerCore Slim battery.

These batteries are often sold. And when it comes to value and characteristics, they are almost guaranteed to beat whatever you have access to when you are desperate for a fee.

The gap between affordable space music and expensive flagship opportunities has been closed, and 2018 made it more obvious than ever. Whether or not advanced phones are worth their raise prices depends on who you ask, but you really don't have to spend much to get a good phone.

If you want the best specifications in a smartphone, OnePlus 6T is currently the phone to beat. From $ 549 unlocked, it's the price to hit a flagship phone as well. It features the modern Snapdragon 845 chipset, 8GB of RAM and sports a fingerprint sensor on the display, all of which are common in phones that cost hundreds more. OnePlus 6 is $ 429 and is pretty much the same as 6T, and it can be a more appealing option if you can solve some RAM and does not need Verizon compatibility. In addition to a good price drop, there is a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and 3.5 mm headphone jack in this model.

But if it is even too much, our recommendation goes for less than $ 250 to the Moto G6. OnePlus 6T works with T-Mobile, AT & T and Verizon, but if you are looking for wider compatibility, the Moto G6 works with all carriers in the US. Moto's budget-friendly phone doesn't set anything close to the numbers that OnePlus 6T can, but for the price, $ 250 (less if you're a Prime member) simply can't be beat.
