For the first time, Apple has announced four new iPhone models simultaneously. At the October 13 web event, Apple unveiled the iPhone 12, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max. This year it made a phone call for everyone. But when can you get one of these 2020 models?
Another important question to ask is where to get one. The obvious answer is from Apple directly, but there are other places to pre-order and buy the new iPhone 12 and 12 Pro models, such as some big-box stores and your wireless carrier. With coronavirus limiting the number of people that can enter stores in certain areas, it may be the safest option to buy it online and have your device delivered.
Release dates: October 23 and November 13
The release date varies depending on which iPhone model at the end of 2020 you want. From Friday, October 23, 2020, you can buy iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro online, but iPhone 12 mini and iPhone 12 Pro Max will not be available until Friday, November 13, 2020. When you are ready to buy, you can shop from any of the stores below (there are many more, but these are the big ones).

Apple applications available
Apple has its own iPhone upgrade program that helps you pay for a new iPhone model for 24 months at 0% interest. It’s funded by Citizens One and you pay 24 equal payments each month for the total cost of the selected iPhone and AppleCare + plan.
If you choose this application, you can upgrade to a new iPhone every year after owning your current iPhone for at least six months with at least 12 payments worth (50% of the iPhone value) already paid. An AppleCare + plan is required for the application, and you must be in good standing with Citizens One whenever you are on the iPhone upgrade application to continue upgrading. When you upgrade, you must pay the entire tax at the time of purchase, but then everything else is divided between 24 months.

Another option is Apple’s Trade-Up program. Instead of financing an iPhone 12 or 12 Pro model, you can purchase a eligible device for a fee. We recommend that you compare prices Apple offers with third-party sites such as eBay and Swappa to maximize the exchange value of your current device. But Apple accepts iPhones, iPads, Macs, Apple Watches, Android devices and more, so you don’t just have to shop with an iPhone.
Carrier iPhone upgrade software available
While Apple’s iPhone upgrade program may be the best, it’s not perfect. If you switch to an MVNO operator like Google Fi, you will not be able to upgrade next time. This also applies to the airlines’ offers. With that said, carriers can be your best bet, depending on your situation.
AT&T has its installment plan, which allows you to pay your entire iPhone price at 0% interest over 30 months. No down payment is required if your credit is good enough, and you can add Next Up for $ 5 more each month. Next Up is the program that allows you to upgrade to a new unit after 30 to 90 days after being on the installment plan and after 50% of your current unit has been paid out.
See T-Mobile below because it and Spring merged.
When you join T-Mobile’s JUMP! On Demand, you sign an 18-month contract that allows you to change your iPhone once every 30 days. It is perhaps a bit exaggerated for everyone because changing phones which often makes adaptability pointless. To keep the cost of upgrades down, you want to make at least 12 months of payments on time. If you do not want to upgrade, you can pay the remainder of the iPhone after 9 months after the end of the lease.
There is also an EIP (Equipment Installment Plan) option, which spreads the cost over 24 or 36 months, but the monthly payments are higher. Down payment can vary depending on model and credit rating. If you cancel the wireless service, the remaining amount of the phone will expire immediately. You can also add the optional protection <360> to get HOPE! features, which means the ability to upgrade sooner rather than later.
