Microsoft held its Xbox Series X Games Showcase today and presented an hour̵7;s worth of trailers. Between Halo is endless, Psychonauts 2, and Fable, it was a wonderful event. And the best part is that every game announced is available through the Xbox Game Pass, a program that costs just $ 10 per month.
Revival of Classic Xbox Games
Despite Series X’s groundbreaking graphics and modern design, its exclusive gameplay provides a sense of nostalgia. Halo Infinity, Psychonauts 2, Phantasy Star Online 2, and Fable gives an insight into the past and retains the style of its predecessors without dumbing down Series X’s graphic capabilities.
New titles, like Obsidians pronounced and that Honey, I’m shrinking the kids-inspired Based also give the spirit of classic Xbox games. Yes, they have new concepts and stories, but it seems that Microsoft is trying to build a “look” for the games on its platform.
Microsoft is running the game against Sony this year, with a strong emphasis on exclusive games and the affordable Xbox Game Pass program. Game Pass will be packaged with xCloud game streaming in September, giving Microsoft the chance to draw players to its ecosystem before the launch of Series X or PS5.
