We are now this week (cough cough) of Lockdown. Every person I’ve talked to in the last week has announced that they are “over”, “so over “and” so intrustworthy over the lock. People have disrupted sleep cycles, increased snack consumption, consumed online shopping and snapped at their spouses.
I knew I was in trouble when I realized I had to create a “Snacks” category in my financial software package and the scale dropped – in small steps, but still step by step. Since then I have been going to the gym (Finally !!!). It has reduced my food needs and improved my sleep cycles. It makes me feel better overall.
What about you? What made you realize that the suspension came to you and what steps did you take to resolve it? Let us know in the comments!
