Whether you order a new 2019 iPhone model online or just want to know what they look like before you buy in person, use these printable cutouts to see which one looks and feels best.
The size of the iPhone 11, 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max are almost identical to the 2018 models, iPhone X R X S and X S Max. But if you upgrade from an iPhone 7, 7 Plus, 8, 8 Plus, SE or an older device, the new dimensions may feel strange to you in your hands. If you come over from Android it will be completely different.
While paper cuts will not match the depth and weight of the actual devices, it is a pretty good option if no local stores carry 2019 iPhone models. It is also good if you pre-order or want to shop online and are not used to iPhone X R X S and X S Max already . Pre-orders open September 13 and the edition is set for September 20.
Download the cutout PDF file, then print it without scaling or adding borders. Use a standard 8.5 x 11 inch paper sheet. Be sure to print it at 100 percent. If you want to double-check the dimensions with a ruler after printing, go ahead to see if your printer settings are correct. If not, adjust them and try again.
- iPhone 11 (6.1-inch screen): 5.94 (H) x 2.98 (W) x 0.33 (D) inch
- iPhone 11 Pro (5.8 "display): 5.67 (H) x 2.81 (W) x 0.32 (D) inch
- iPhone 11 Pro Max (6.5-inch screen): 6.22 (H) x 3.06 (W) x 0.32 ( D) inch
To get a better feel for the units in your hand, feel free to cut out cardboard at the depths listed above and tape the cutouts to them. It still doesn't help to feel the weight, but it's as good as it gets without gaining experience with the 2019 iPhone models in person.
