Samsung Galaxy Note 20: how to pre-order



Samsung has announced its new Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra phones at its Unpacked 2020 event online. The limitDieter Bohn has a complete breakdown of everything you need to know about both units above. I’m just here to tell you where to pre-order them. Oh, and if you’re curious about when you can pre-order the new Galaxy Z Fold 2, it’s coming September 1st.

Both Note 20 phones will be released on Friday 21 August, but pre-orders will open tomorrow 6 August. Below you will find all the carriers and retailers that accept pre-orders, along with their pricing. First, here is what you get in the form of free incentives along with your pre-order.

You can get free things with a pre-order

If you order either Note 20 or Note 20 Ultra before 20 August, you will receive some free treats with your purchase. Buying $ 1

000 Note 20 will earn a $ 100 Samsung credit that can be redeemed on the website or via the Shop Samsung app, and it can go against “curated packages and select products such as Samsung TVs, Galaxy Buds Live, tablets and more. ”

$ 1,300 Note 20 Ultra comes with a $ 150 credit. To redeem either credit, you must enter your proof of purchase via the Shop Samsung app. (Note: You will be eligible for this credit no matter where you choose to purchase a Note 20 series device.)

One of those curated bundles, if you were curious, is an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate package that includes PowerA MOGA XP5-X Plus Bluetooth game controls and a three-month subscription to Game Pass Ultimate. The fine print mentions that the Game Pass Ultimate subscription only works if you are a new subscriber, but not a current one.

Finally, if you have made a reservation for your Note 20 or Note 20 Ultra pre-order before the Unpacked event on August 5, you will receive an additional $ 50 credit that can be used on the products mentioned above.

Samsung Galaxy Note 20

Samsung sells a configuration of Note 20 in the US. It has 128 GB of internal storage and 8 GB of RAM. There is no microSD support for this model. This size of Note 20 has a 6.7-inch FHD + screen with a pinhole camera and is powered by Snapdragon 865 Plus processor. The Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra models below are 5G ready, with support for mmWave and sub-6Ghz coverage.

  • Verizon will offer Note 20 on pre-order from August 6, and the pricing with a 24-month installment plan is $ 41.66 per month. It will be available in three colors: Mysterious Bronze, Mysterious Gray and Mysterious Green. If you buy a Note 20, you can get a new Note 20 for “as low as free” if you get it with a premium unlimited plan, or half off with some other unlimited plan. Finally, you can get up to $ 500 worth of deposit credit against your phone if you upgrade and have an unlimited plan.
  • AT&T accepts pre-orders on August 6 and it will sell Note 20 from August 21 in store and online. It wears all five colors: mysterious black, white, green, gray and bronze. New and current AT&T customers can get a Note 20 for free (after $ 1,000 in billing credits is repaid over a 30-month period) when they shop on a phone in good condition worth at least $ 60 in credit and buy Note 20 on a 30-month installment plan with AT & T’s unlimited plan, which costs $ 33.34 per month.
  • T-Mobile accepts pre-orders on August 7, one day after they open everywhere. Note 20 will cost $ 41.67 per month with its 24-month installment plan. If you buy a Note 20, you can get one for free (after getting back $ 1,000 in billing credits over a 24-month period) if you add a line to your account. In addition, you can get up to $ 500 off if you shop with a qualified phone.
  • Xfinity Mobile will offer pre-orders for Note 20 from 6 August. It offers Note 20 in mysterious bronze, gray or green colors. This larger model with a 6.9-inch QHD + OLED screen and a 120Hz refresh rate is available in two configurations in the USA. Each is built with 12 GB of RAM, but you can choose between a 128 GB model or one with 512 GB of storage. This model has microSD support.

  • Verizon will offer Note 20 Ultra on pre-order from August 6, and the pricing with a 24-month installment plan is $ 54.16 per month. It will be available in three colors: Mysterious Bronze, Mysterious Gray and Mysterious Green. As mentioned earlier, you can buy a Note 20 Ultra get a new Note 20 for “as low as free” if you get it with a premium unlimited plan, or half off with some other unlimited plan.
