If you lack it, Nokia 9 Pureview is a phone with five 12 MP cameras. At $ 599, it already went for $ 1
Nokia 9 Pureview is an oddity. From the front, it looks like a fairly standard Android phone from a year or two ago. It has a platform, thin side edges, thick elements at the top and bottom (no chin or bracket), standard high resolution screen and thankfully stock android.
Even the other specifications are quite run by the mill, with a Snapdragon 845 processor from last year, 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. The fingerprint sensor in the display is the only unusual forward-facing function.
But turn the phone over and a spindle-lined camera set confronts you to stop all feelings of harmony. Nokia 9 Pureview's fame claim is a unique set of five 12 MP cameras that all work together to take a single shot. HMD (the company behind Nokia phones) explains that this is a camera system designed for experienced photographers, rather than putting better photos on average users.
HMD announced for a limited time that it would sell the phone for $ 100, lower the price to $ 599. But the B&H image takes that deal one step further and throws in a free Mophie portable battery. If you really want to make this a camera on all your trips, with an extra battery to charge it, it's no good.
