The best places to create digital music

When you're home with your favorite instruments, it's easy to create a masterpiece. But musical inspiration can meet anywhere. What are you doing then? The following websites help you to create digital music directly in your browser.

Soundtrap is a smooth, easy-to-use and powerful DAW (Digital Audio) Workstation) that works in your web browser. You must create an account to start using the browser program, which also gives you a review of its premium features. When the attempt expires, you will be downgraded to a free account that has some limitations.

There are many instruments and loops that you can experiment with and create music. You can also connect a MIDI-compatible instrument and record music in the app. Soundtrap also has sharing and collaborative features, with which you can share your musical projects with your friends and they will be able to listen and edit your music as well.

AudioTool is an amazing music production site that has been around for a while. Its interface has always been easy to use, but the usual updates continue to polish it even further. You can connect various virtual devices like synthesizers, equalizers, power pedals, and much more to create a virtual mixing disk in AudioTool.

As powerful as it, AudioTool has a steep learning curve. If you start or just want to have fun, AudioTool can be overkill for your needs.

Sound is another easy-to-use website where you can create digital music. Similar to other sites, Soundation gives you access to a full-featured Digital Audio Workstation directly in your browser. The layout is a simple multi-track interface that is easy to use and not scary – even if you're making music for the first time. A good guided tour explains the basics and gets you fast and fast.

A free account is delivered with over 700 loops and samples. While it may be enough for some people, there is an option to purchase additional audio packages from their store. If you like using Soundation, you can also upgrade to a premium account ($ 6.99 per month, but login accounts start at $ 1.99)

Even before you try to test AudioSauna, we have to warn you that it is not intended for beginners. Most music programs have a simple drag-and-drop interface, but AudioSauna has a keyboard synthesizer layout that lets you add types, instruments, effects, and even your own music.

While AudioSauna may not match the other tools we discuss in number of effects or samples, it does it for its unique effects. If you can hang on the interface, you can create music that you can not handle with the other tools. Even if you have difficulty or limited use, you can safely use AudioSauna to edit or enhance the music that you create elsewhere.

Chrome Music Lab is a fun and addictive way to learn and create music online. It was announced in 2016 with 12 different tools, and now it has 13. You can play in the lab and learn about rhythm, chords, arpeggios, melodies, harmonics and more. You can then combine these skills and use the song manufacturer to create, save and share digital music.

Unlike other sites we discussed, Music Lab is designed for use by everyone. Regardless of your age and skills with music production, you will enjoy playing in Music Labs and maybe learning a few things going on.

BandLab is another website where you can create digital music. It strikes a good balance between making the experience fun while giving great control over the music-creating process. Once you have created an account, you will be taken to DAW where you can create music by adding tracks to the multi-track editor. You can then add loops to each of the tracks to create music. Once you've created a track, you can save it and even make it public. You can also allow "forks" in your song, which allows other users to build on what you have created.

These are our favorite sites for creating music. Check them out, make some music and do not forget to have fun!
